MIS – key reporting for management

We implemented management information systems (MIS) for management at some of our member companies. These include financial reporting, sales reporting, pax movement reporting, quality control systems, margin analyses systems and other KPI reports. All these are report sheets connected to the existing reservation and accounting systems. These MIS pay off very well when you have more than a thousand pax per year.

Social and environmental sustainability

We work together with Travelife to help our members implement social and environmental sustainability into their company DNA. Sustainability certification will become more and more of a prerequisite for acquiring accounts with leading tour operators.

We have been involved in overall restructuring of several companies to improve performance, including strategy sessions, complete scans of business processes, key staff assessment and agreeing with management implement improvements in a time structured fashion.
